Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Valley Sparks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Valley Sparks. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You may not create more than one account per person.
You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Post false, misleading, or deceptive profile information.
Share unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or solicitations.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.
Share contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, external links) in a manner that violates our spam policies.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases

"Sparks Coins" are virtual currency with no real-world cash value outside the platform.
Coin purchases are processed through Square and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and the virtual economy at any time.
Free coins awarded at registration or through promotions cannot be converted to cash.

6. Date Package Vouchers

Vouchers are digital codes redeemable at participating venues only.
Vouchers are non-transferable and subject to venue-specific terms.
Valley Sparks is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by venue partners.
Expired or redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded or reissued.

7. Content & Conduct

Valley Sparks employs automated and manual moderation systems. Violations of our community standards may result in account suspension or permanent ban, including IP-level restrictions. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings. This permanently removes all your data in compliance with CCPA.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, any unused coins or active vouchers are forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Valley Sparks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interactions between users, including meetings arranged through the platform. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fresno County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
